If you want a positive selling experience then call Tracy! Don't wait until you are ready to list. We called Tracy months before it was time to list and she came and dis a walk through and helped us determine what improvements would be most beneficial, when and if we decided to sell. More importantly was knowing where not to spend money as buyers would likely redo to their own taste anyway! Tracy will partner with you to enjoy your home, help you determine what upgrades will enhance your home and provide a good return on your investment! Tracy sold my parents' home in two days for well above asking price. She knows the market, provided excellent marketing strategies, and dealt very respectfully and patiently with seniors selling their last beloved home to enter into a senior retirement community. Thank you Tracy for your professionalism and knowledge you provided to our parents! You're the best!

Tracy Lilly has been our Real Estate agent for all of our housing purchases and sales. She has also handled my mom's sale of her condo and my daughter's purchase of her first house. She is professional, knowledgeable and most importantly to me, gives us honest feedback when we are looking at properties. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for real estate services. Thanks Tracy! We will be talking to you again soon!

Doreen and I are pleased to offer credit where credit is due regarding real estate services. Our connection came about through our daughter who has been fortunate to have Tracy guide her through buying and selling her home. With service above and beyond. We were in the process of downsizing, and found another place and decided to request Tracy’s advice on the purchase. Again her knowledge and experience made sure we achieved our goal. Thanks Tracy, and we wish you continued success.

"I feel very fortunate to have met Tracy 13 years ago when I was looking to purchase my first home. Tracy was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and endlessly patient with my newbie questions! She was also very generous with her time, including mornings, evenings and weekends when necessary. So, it was only natural that when it came time to sell my home and relocate, I turned to Tracy. She once again provided excellent guidance, unflagging availability, and a deep knowledge of the local market. Tracy went above and beyond the call of Realtor duty, including staging and offering thoughtfully constructive advice on preparing my house for sale, as well as arranging a photographer for excellent photos/video! I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Tracy again or give her anything but the highest recommendation – 5 stars and then some!!"

Tracy provides her clients with the utmost care, going above and beyond what one expects from their agent. Knowledgeable, friendly, and detail-oriented, she is always available to provide help to her clients throughout the entire process. Her true specialty is highlighted in her personal touch and ability to connect with her clients. We will be forever grateful for the tremendous help she provided during our first home buying experience.

Just wanted to thank you for all of your help in finding my "new digs". Being new at the Real Estate game, I appreciated all your help and patience along the way.

Tracy was our real estate agent for a 2 year period while we were looking for a home in a new city. Although we took a very long time to find a home, Tracy was always professional and exhibited a level of patience that was nothing short of extraordinary. We valued Tracy's opinion regarding the homes we viewed and she always conducted invaluable research into the properties. We would not hesitate to recommend Tracy and of course, will engage her again wehn we look for our next home.

It is rare to find a true professional in real estate. Rarer still to find someone with exquisite people skills. We learned so much from you as we formulated out criteria. Your patience, honesty, and lovely personality won our loyalty and respect. We can't thank you enough for helping us find the perfect home.

Tracy has been our Realtor for many years. The reason we like working with her is because we trust her completely. She has shown us over and over again that we come first. She clearly understands our expectations and finds appropriate homes for us to view and in doing so saves us so much time. Her service has been excellent throughout the buying and selling process and long after closing. We highly recommend her to everyone and will no doubt be calling her again when the time comes.

We can't thank you enough for your experience and caring professional service. Your specific, targeted recommendations to improve our home before putting it on the market made a huge difference. The suggestions were not too expensive and gave us the maximum return on our investment. You really know what buyers want and specifically the buyers in our area. You have treated us from beginning to end with the same attentiveness and patience. We think you are the epitome of what a realtor should strive to be and we are so glad we found you. To anyone reading this, Tracy is the best.

Diane and I would like to thank you so much for all the help you've given us. I've never even heard of a realtor doing so much for a client and showing that they really do care even after closing. I assure you when it's time to sell we will be calling you and if we ever run into someone whether at work, friends or even family, we will not hesitate to send them your way. Thanks again Tracy
